Any distributor can pay a couple of dollars to have their business card popping up on one of the “industry sites” but do they even know the product? Customers love that we are truly Canadian with our office and our staff located in Kitchener, Ontario. We use Canadian supplied products as much as possible; if we can't then any hidden costs like dollar conversion, duty & brokerage, etc. are already figured into your pricing. We can categorically tell you that just because other major distributors have a '.CA' in their web address it does not make them a Canadian company. We have lost count of new customers coming to us because their last experience had lots of little 'add-ons' that rather dramatically effected their initial 'lowest' price. Simple Ordering – Due to the custom nature of ordering promotional products the process in reality has a few steps. We make every effort to try and streamline this for you as much as possible. It is our job to get things in-order, fill in the blanks and get your products delivered in a timely manner.
