My Next Promo requires the following electronic file formats

ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR (.ai or .eps)

PREFERRED. Please make sure to convert all files to outlines (curves). Multi colour logos must be sent in this format or an artwork charge may be applied to your order. Note that bitmap (picture) files placed into an Illustrator document is not acceptable for final artwork (an art charge may be incurred). Adobe CS version or less please.

COREL DRAW (.cdr)

ACCEPTED with EXPORT. If you have access to the Corel Draw program please EXPORT to Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps).

PHOTOSHOP (.psd)

ACCEPTED for 1 colour artwork only. The resolution should be at least 600 dpi with the size of the image at least 100% the final imprint size. Multi SPOT colour artwork will be accepted but a small artcharge for separating the imprint colours will be applied.

TIFF (.tif)

ACCEPTED for 1 colour artwork only. The resolution is at least 600 dpi with the size of the image at least 100% the final imprint size. Multi SPOT colour artwork will be accepted but a small artcharge for separating the imprint colours will be applied.

WORD PERFECT (.wpd)

This format is inferior to .ai, .eps and .cdr files and may result in an inferior print. We may have to redraw it (basic designs are no charge but more detailed redraws may be charged).

WORD (.doc)

This format is inferior to .ai, .eps and .cdr files and may result in an inferior print. We may have to redraw it (basic designs are no charge but more detailed redraws may be charged).

JPG or BMP

This format is inferior to .ai, .eps and .cdr files and may result in an inferior print. We may have to redraw it (basic designs are no charge but more detailed redraws may be charged).

OTHER FORMATS

All other formats are not accepted. You may find that the programs not listed above may allow for conversion to a preferred/accepted format using commands like "EXPORT" or "SAVE AS/ FILE TYPE"

Detailed artwork may need to be reworked to best accomodate print specifications. Multi colour logos must be sent in this format or an artwork charge may be applied to your order, Note that bitmap (picture) files placed into an Illustrator document is not acceptable for final artwork.
